Gather — Yoga

The one thing that remains constant for Sarah in her experience and perception of yoga, is the capacity to unlock self-realisation and self-love, over and over, by allowing ourselves to receive the practice.

Sarah teaches mindful movement and stillness, in the forms of asana, meditation, and self-inquiry, inviting you to receive whatever is in front of you, to find peace and alignment with your intentions.
